Just some hours ago  TMZ reported that Bieber is under investigation by a Cleveland police for attacking a man in june for snapping him,right now another news have emerged of another assault by Bieber,according to TMZ this incident happened last weekend during a a pre-Grammy partyat a restaurant in Los Angeles,according to an eyewitness,Bieber and his crew were in the Italian eatery at about 2am when justin was With his producer when he realised that a worker was recording them,so he approached the worker and told him to stop it an delete the video but he resisted and bieber then head butted him and left before the local authorities could arrive.what is happening to Bieber?
